Unfortunately, it took so much time to repair the damage to the failed HDD, due to the incompetence of the datacenter's technicians. We had to literally send one of our technicians to Amsterdam/The Netherlands in order to repair it. Our technician arrived today in the datacenter, swapped the failed HDD, rebuilt the array and repaired the damaged filesystem. As all our servers are equipped with RAID10, none of our customers data were lost.
In order for this not to happen again, we are preparing new servers on a new datacenter, and we will begin transferring accounts by the end of the month. For us it is imperative that we get the support when we need it, which is impossible to get on this datacenter, as we just experienced.
Well, that's why PBWoW was offline for so long, sorry guys. Perhaps in the future, I'll go looking for a new host.
