Due to several reasons, I find myself unable to address all technical support topics. Keeping the technical support section organized is a pretty big task in itself. The PBWoW community has grown quite large in the last couple of months and the community demands a lot of support. Most of the topics I see come by here are easily solved. Some simply didn't search the forum for answers already posted. Some didn't even apply the ModX at all.

I am asking you guys (the community) to lend a hand in making PBWoW a successful and satisfying experience for all who dare use it.

Therefor... I am looking for moderators for the technical support sections (the other sections I can manage myself).

What I need from you:

A lot of experience with PBWoW (recognize basic errors of users, such as not applying ModX)
Good people skills
Patience
Not power hungry
Ability to speak fluid English
Ability to speak other language (German/French/Spanish) is not required, but improves your chances

What you get:

Not much
Respect from your fellow users
My gratitude
A nice Blizz poster style (lol)
Moderator permissions for the Technical Support section (including subforums)

p.s. Users who have asked me for mod positions in the last couple of weeks/months will be contacted in the next couple of days. If you are not contacted, you have not been selected.

When i can make an answer, and when i've enought time, i participate ^^
But if you want, i can take just the french technical support

My english for the moment is really cheat ... (I'm in London for 3 month, not enought for a good language ^^)

I'm a hobbyist programmer, and I've been using pbwow on my websites for quite a while now. I'm willing to help out in tech support (English only), since I cannot provide monetary compensation for your work (it's really great work, and I'd like to help out in any way possible)

I know HTML, PHP, MySQL and all that stuff. I can fluidly speak english and half German & French. I would love to help this wonderfull project.

I could be of some help. I only know English, but i have used the mod before, and managed to get help other people with problems. I also know a good bit of PHP and some MySQL. I could help people with problems they are experiencing.

No time right now to pic mods, but just wanted to explain that I choose mods based on post history. Lets say you have 20+ posts of which at least 10 are actually useful/helpful, then you will be considered. I just need to know that the mods have a pretty good basic understanding of PBWoW
